Cocktail List

Punch Romaine
  • We don't know if it was an appetizer or dessert but this regal cocktail, designed for the super posh by famed French chef Georges Escoffier, was served as violins played on the Titanic.
  • White Rum, Crisp White Wine, Fresh Lemon & Orange, Cane Sugar, Egg White. Sparkling Wine Float. Served on Cracked Ice.
Old Flame
  • The bright flavor and bitter finish of this cocktail might be just the ticket to rekindle old sparks, or perhaps fuel a new one.
  • Plymouth Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Campari, Solerno, Fresh Blood Orange. Served Up.
Rickey with Strawberry & Basil
  • Bright, fresh, sweet and maybe even a little sour, this variation of the classic is always the perfect way to cheers to the dawn of summer!
  • Straight Gin, Fresh Lime, House Strawberry Basil Shrub with Aged Balsomic, Carbonated Water. Served on Ice.
Allegheny
  • The perfect libation for the seasoned orienteer, or the unseasoned orienteer, or people who don't like orienteering, or people who don't care and just want a tasty cocktail.
  • Bourbon, Cocchi Americano, Blackberry Saturated Brandy, Fresh Lemon. Served Up.
Mamie Taylor
  • At the turn of the 20th century, a NYC bartender made a drink for a famous opera singer. This refreshing mule still lives on.

The Bull & Bear
  • In the late 1800s, at The Waldorf Astoria Bar, New York’s giants of real estate and finance hammered out deals while drinking elbow to elbow. In honor of this patronage, the hotel placed two magnificent bronze statues–a bull and a bear.
  • Four Roses Small Batch, Harlequin Orange, Fresh Lime, House Spiced Grenadine. Served Up.
The Smoking Jacket
  • Our somewhat intense yet playful version of a classic Manhattan, pairs bourbon with a duo of herbal vermouths and is crowned with several house made bitters. It may even smell a bit like a cigar.
  • Larceny, Carpano Antica, Cinzano, House Smoked BBQ Bitters & Pipe Tobacco Infused Bitters. Served on Ice.
The Togarashi Michelada
  • It's a beer drink! Cubes of Bloody Mary mix made with eleven cold pressed vegetables dance in the bubbles of Tricky Monk Belgian Tripel. As you raise the glass to your face, the smell of cucumber and the taste of spices make you realize why this one's special.
  • Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, Thirsty Monk's Tricky Monk, Ancho Chili Tincture, House V-11 Bloody Mary Cubes, Fresh Lime, Togarashi Salt RIm. Served on Ice.

Black Walnut Daiquiri
  • Some bitters here, some roasted walnuts there, some delicious rum, and some aged and cured liqueuer make this one of our best sellers!
