Mai-Tai
  • One of the most perverted cocktails out there, except not in the fun way, Trader Vic originally created this drink in the 1930's to highlight his favorite liquor, not to smother it.
  • El Dorado 12 Yr Aged Rum, Appleton Estate V/X Rum, Harlequin Orange Liqueur, House Almond Orgeat, Fresh Lime. Served on Crushed Ice.
Mamie Taylor
  • At the turn of the 20th century, a NYC bartender made a drink for a famous opera singer. The refreshing outcome lives on.
  • Blended Scotch, Fresh Lime, House Ginger Beer, Aromatic Bitters. Served on Ice.
The Debutante
  • Feel like stepping out into the world? This sexy gimlet with a splash of spice saturated grenadine maybe just the invitation you were waiting for.
  • Straight Gin, Fresh Lime, House Spiced Grenadine. Served Up.
Allegheny
  • The perfect libation for the seasoned orienteer, or the unseasoned orienteer, or people who don't like orienteering, or people who don't care and just want a tasty cocktail.
  • Bourbon, Cocchi Americano, Blackberry Brandy, Fresh Lemon. Served Up.
Sloe Gin Fizz
  • "Its haunting pink color and fruity opulence are topped with a handsome collar of natural foam which, if the sloe gin be of first quality, is gladsome aplenty." -Lawton Mackall 1941
  • Sloe Gin, Straight Gin, Egg White, Fresh Lemon, Cane Sugar, Soda. Served on Ice.
Old Flame
  • The bright flavor and bitter finish of this cocktail might be just the ticket to rekindle old sparks, or perhaps fuel a new one.
  • Plymouth Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Campari, Cointreau, Fresh Orange. Served Up.
Jessica Rabbit
  • The North Carolina Sweet Potato Commission asked us to make a cocktail for them, and we boldly answered, "Yes !"
  • Covington (NC) Sweet Potato Vodka, House Sage Syrup, Fresh Sweet Potato, Carrots & Lemon, Sage Marjoram Tincture Oil, Pickled Cucumber. Served Up.
Trial By Fire
  • Spicy, and a little bit sweet, this house creation is a real cherry bomb made just for our guests who crave a bit more sizzle.
  • Virgil Kaine Robber Baron Rye, Aperol, House Cherry Brine, Fresh Lemon, Ancho Infused Cane Syrup, Cinnamon Turbinado. *Ancho or Dragon Cayenne Tincture avail. upon request. Served Up.
Smoked Sorghum Old Fashioned
  • This one is pretty straight forward. It has also been one of our most requested cocktails.
  • Rye Whiskey, Hickory Smoked Turbinado Sugar, Smoked BBQ Bitters, Sorghum & Sassafras Bitters, Angostura. Served on Ice.
A Walk Through Napa
  • The California sun is shining, birds are chirping, bees are buzzing and thanks to this light but playful little drink, you are feeling fine.
  • Hendrick's, Lillet Rouge, Crushed Grapes, Rosemary & Lavender Saturated Agave, Fresh Lemon. Served Up.
The Pendergast Cocktail
  • Tom Pendergast, the 1920's Kansas City political boss, may have gone down for corruption but this no-nonsense sipper is clean as a whistle.
  • Four Roses Small Batch, Perucchi Sweet Vermouth, Benedictine, Woodford Aromatic Bitters. Served on Ice.
Paloma Flower
  • The traditional Paloma is the favorite drink of Mexico. The gentle Paloma Flower could be your favorite drink right now.
  • Reposado Tequila, St. Germain, Fresh Grapefruit & Lime, Orange Blossom Water, Agave Nectar, Egg White, Angostura bitters. Served Up.
