Cocktail List

Saratoga Cocktail
  • Dating to the 1880’s, this cocktail hearkens back to a more genteel age, when your drink came strong and you took time to sip it.
  • Bulleit Rye, V.S. Cognac, Noilly Prat Sweet, Peychaud's Bitters, Angostura Bitters. Served Up.
Sloe 75
  • Raise your glass, laugh, and toast to this perfect harmony of fruity, sweet, and sparkly, that may go down a bit too fast.
  • Sloe Gin, Straight Gin, Fresh Lemon, Cane Sugar, Sparkling Wine. Served Up.
Twentieth Century
  • First published in the Cafe Royal Bar Book in 1937. With this cocktail we now believe we have a firm idea of what Art Deco tastes like.
  • Plymouth Gin, Lillet Blanc, White Creme de Cacao, Fresh Lemon, Bitter Chocolate. Served Up.
Satan's Whiskers
  • An early publishing wrote, "We sip ours with whiskers curled if it's still light outside, and straight if it's not." Don't be deceived by it's namesake, this little tipple is actually very smooth with a touch of citrus.
  • Straight Gin, Sweet & Dry Vermouth, Fresh Orange, Harlequin, Fee West Indies Orange Bitters. Served Up.
Monkey Gland
  • Sometimes the best gifts come in the strangest packages, and sometimes the best drinks have the strangest names. The universe contains many mysteries.
  • Straight Gin, Fresh Orange, House Grenadine, Absinthe. Served on Ice.
The Lion's Tail
  • Catch it if you can, before it's all gone, or just order another. This is one of our favorite bourbon drinks, spicy and simply awesome!
  • Bourbon, Fresh Lime, Allspice Saturated Syrup, Angostura Bitters. Served on Ice.
Harvest Moon
  • Who wouldn't want to plow their back forty in the moonlight if one of these complex libations was waiting at the finish?
  • Redemption Rye, Lillet Blanc, Applejack, Green Chartreuse, Angostura & Bokers Bitters. Served Up.
Cider Diaz
  • Welcome to fall! No one is ready, but we can cheers it together with this awesome drink!
  • Vodka, Cinnamon-Cayenne Syrup, Madagascar Vanilla Extract, Local Apple Cider, House Ginger Beer. Served on Ice.
Bolt and Screw It
  • Fresh, a little tart, and full of booze, why just tie one on, when you can bolt and screw it?
  • 7 Yr Aged Rum, Cachaça, Campari, Citrus Melange, Fresh PIneapple, Spiced Mango Syrup, Peychaud's Bitters. Served over Ice.
The Honey, Almond & Chèvre Fizz
  • This complicated but intriguing little number has a delicate balance of sweet, sour, and salty. It's the ideal libation for those who enjoy the delicate flavors from a local farmer's market, but not for everyone.
  • Absolut, Amaretto, Tuaca, Frangelico, Local Raw Honey, Orgeat, Egg White, Almond Extract, Fresh Lemon, Yogurt, Goat Cheese, Carbonated Water, Shaved Almond, Black Sea Salt. Served Up.
Zapatista
  • A rebellious cocktail with noble aspirations.
  • Tequila, Mezcal, Fresh Grapefruit & Lemon, Cracked Black Pepper & Sage Syrup, Powdered Grapefruit & Salt Rim. Served Up.
Good Ol' Fashioned
  • A welcome variation of our favorite house cocktail is a smooth sipper worthy of a chilly breeze and a rooftop view.
  • Old Forester 4 Yr, Pecan Syrup, Peach & Black Walnut Bitters, Orange Peel, House Brandied Cherry. Served on Ice.
